Welsh entrepreneur, founder and former CEO of Starling Bank. Resigned as CEO in June 2023 following investor disputes over valuation drop. Left board in July 2024 to focus on AI venture. Previously held senior roles at Allied Irish Banks, ABN Amro, and RBS. Made MBE in 2018 and CBE in 2022.
