Oracle CEO Safra Catz donated $1 million to Preserve America PAC in 2024, a super PAC that spent over $112 million to support Trump and oppose Kamala Harris. She also donated tens of thousands to Republican committees including the NRCC and NRSC.

Separate from her Oracle role, Safra Catz has served personally as an advisory board member for Worldwide EndoMarch, the largest internationally-coordinated endometriosis advocacy coalition (representing 100+ organizations across 60+ countries and explicitly refusing pharmaceutical funding to avoid conflicts of interest), and for the American & Global Congress of Endometriosis Subspecialists (AGCES), a physician-founded medical education and advocacy body. In March 2024, Worldwide EndoMarch named her its 2024 'Endo Hero of the Year,' citing her role in 'shaping initiatives and strategies that address the challenges faced by those with endometriosis on a global scale.' Endometriosis is a chronic condition affecting an estimated 190 million people worldwide (those with a uterus) that has historically been underdiagnosed and underfunded in medical research.

Safra Catz and her spouse contributed $250,000 to Donald Trump's 2020 presidential campaign. She also donated over $150,000 to Republican-aligned groups and individuals in the 2018 cycle, including to Congressman Devin Nunes.

Oracle CEO Safra Catz joined Trump's presidential transition team in December 2016, stating 'we are with him and are here to help in any way we can.' She was considered for cabinet positions including Director of National Intelligence. A senior Oracle employee resigned in protest.
